Slice the tomatoes into thin slices. Arrange them on serving plates in an alternating order with the BelGioioso Mozzarella Cheese. Slice the basil into thin strips (chiffonade cut) and sprinkle over top.
Drizzle the oil and balsamic reduction over salad and season to taste with salt and pepper.
